Led product design and strategy for a proprietary drag-and-drop Email Builder, introducing scalable design systems and working closely with CEO and engineering to ensure customer needs and UX principles were reflected in every stage of implementation.

Through field research, journey mapping, and mental-model analysis, I uncovered opportunities that helped align leadership around a customer-centered strategy, improving satisfaction, reducing negative public reviews, and generating measurable operational savings.
